As of December 31, 2025, the company's net institutional debt stood at approximately ₹2,939 crore.
Project Approvals and Future Outlook
Embassy Developments secured RERA approvals for four major projects: Embassy Citadel (Mumbai), Embassy Greenshore (North Bengaluru), Embassy Eden (North Bengaluru), and Embassy Verde Phase 2 (North Bengaluru). These projects have an aggregate estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹12,800 crore. Additionally, the company received the Occupancy Certificate for 239 apartments at its Serene Amara senior living project in Bengaluru.
