Profitability Under Pressure
Justdial's consolidated net profit saw a 10.2% year-on-year decrease, falling to INR 117.9 crore in the third quarter of FY26. Revenue Growth Continues
Despite the profit slump, Justdial's operating revenue showed resilience, climbing 6.3% to INR 305.6 crore during the quarter. This is an increase from INR 287.3 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue growth was nearly flat, showing minimal change from INR 303 crore.
Expense Management
Operating expenses grew 3.7% year-on-year to INR 223.6 crore from INR 215.5 crore in Q3 FY25. Sequentially, expenses decreased by 2.4% from INR 229.3 crore in the prior quarter, but the overall increase year-on-year contributed to the reduced profitability.
