Liquidnitro Games has successfully closed a $19.1 million Series A funding round, with Northpoint Capital leading the investment. Nexus Venture Partners, an existing backer, also participated in the round. This capital infusion is earmarked to significantly scale the company's AI-enabled game production and live services operations, alongside its strategic global expansion initiatives.

Scaling AI Operations

The Hyderabad-based startup plans to channel the new funds into its proprietary AI-powered game production and live services platform. The company aims to bolster co-investment partnerships with publishers and enhance its presence in international markets. CEO Sandeep Kowdley highlighted the company's unique value proposition for publishers facing an increasingly complex market, built on extensive experience, AI investments, and partner capital.

Disrupting Live Services

Liquidnitro operates with a distinct model, combining AI-driven production and live services with aligned capital deployment. It invests its own capital alongside its publishing partners. Chief Product Officer Arun Kunchala stated the company's mission is to disrupt the long-standing formula of live services and unlock deeper, richer player experiences through its next-generation AI platform.

Global Ambitions

Since its inception, Liquidnitro has partnered with multiple global publishers, supporting large-scale game development and operations. The company's focus for expanded investment includes key growth markets such as India, the Middle East and North Africa, and Southeast Asia. Northpoint Capital's founder Sameer Brij Verma lauded Liquidnitro's innovative operating model, combining AI-driven operations, P&L ownership, and aligned capital.
