Interim Dividend Approved
The board of directors approved an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share. January 21, 2026, has been set as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for this payout. Shareholders will receive a portion of the company's profits, reflecting its strong financial health.
Additionally, the board greenlit the re-appointment of Sankaran Naren as executive director for another two-year term, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, pending shareholder approval.
